Dance for Optimal Health, Well Being & Joy!
Dance, Exercise, & get fit to the "Rhythms of the World"! A class that concentrates on bringing physical fitness to a whole new level and aims to achieve optimal health, a sense of well being and pure joy, all through the vibrant, pulsating rhythms of the world! We will experience African, Latin(Salsa, Merengue, cha-cha), Irish, Bollywood(India) & Middle Eastern rhythms, and dance with specifically designed movements to invigorate the cardiovascular system, build muscle, have flexibility, and move vigorously with joy!
The class will commence with yoga stretches to warm up the muscles, and then continue will a well designed cardio building dance workout, and will have a soothing cool down period. This class is designed for all levels, all ages, and no experience necessary. Designed for both women & men.
